Teachers Silent About Child Suicide In Family Court Cases

A teacher messaged a divorce coach and stated, “Unless you are a teacher in _____, you would not know about the suicide by children caused by the family court.” Teachers who have children in their classroom and know of parents custody battle see the other parent obtain custody and then they hear of that child committing suicide. No one else is close to children that they could mentally track this happening. A mother's children went to a charter school when she went through a divorce. You left the relationship so you and your children can be safe, but you and your children are not safe, and no one will help you. You go to court and the visitation drop off and pick up changed to the police department parking lot....

Your lawyer could be avoiding telling you the unpleasant truth. He/She may avoid you until they can figure a way to solve a problem in your case. This may take lots of research and they will call when they have a strategy, or the problem solved. Your lawyer is working on a high-profile case. You are not your lawyer’s only client, and your business alone will not pay your lawyer’s bills. Efficient clients who know how to get to the point and move on are more likely to get a return call. Lawyers meet crucial deadlines. The law has statutes of limitations and if they are missed it could be a grave mistake in the case. They spend hours researching and preparing each case. They have lots of meetings. Meetings with clients, interviewing witnesses, taking d...
